Our Policies


If you require dental work, you will be provided with a treatment plan which will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

If you are fortunate to have dental insurance coverage, we will submit all your insurance claims as a convenience to you. We will assist you in receiving your full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.


We take great pride in seeing our patients at their appointed time. In order to efficiently schedule appointments and maintain our timely schedule, we request that our patients arrive for their appointments on time. Our appointment schedule is often booked over one month in advance, so in fairness to others, it is necessary that prior notification for any missed appointments be given. In light of this, we have established the following policy:

  • There will be a $75.00 charge for any missed appointment unless prior notification is given 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Treatment in this office will not be resumed until such time that this charge is paid. Of course, we are always considerate of extenuating circumstances, so please keep us informed.
